Incoming Green River President Suzanne Johnson will visit campus May 24-25 for a number of informal meetings with College leadership.
Johnson, who will become Green River College’s fifth president July 1, will meet with members of student government, as well as faculty and staff leadership during her visit. She will also set up shop in Twin Peaks 2, Mel Lindbloom Student Union Building, to host open office hours.
Campus community members are invited to stop by from 4 p.m. – 5 p.m. on May 24 and from 2 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. on May 25.
Johnson will also attend the 9th Annual Challenge Coin Ceremony, schedule for 1:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on May 25.
Johnson was named President by the Green River Board of Trustees during an April 25 board meeting following a national search.
